As a pet-friendly community, how is pet waste handled?

We want to ensure that we provide a clean and safe neighborhood for all of our four-legged residents. To help with that goal, we are a proud partner with PooPrints! Upon move-in, each dog is required to provide a DNA swab.

Can I tour virtually?

Yes, we offer various touring options to all potential residents, including 360 tours, virtual tours with an agent, and more!

Do you have washers and dryers?

Laundry facilities are available on-site for all residents!

Are you a smoke-free community?

Claremont is located within Wichita Public Schools. Nearby schools include Beech Elementary, Curtis Middle, and Southeast High School.

Do you participate in any affordable housing programs?

Do I have to pay for parking?

All residents can park for free in our community parking lot. We also have carports available for an additional charge.
